New Users Added Not Receiving Notification Emails

Symptom: You add new users from the admin panel, but they are not receiving an email with their username and link to reset their passwords.

Possible Cause: You are adding users with free email hosting services (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc).

Solution: Ask all your users to check their spam boxes, filters and trash bins. Advise your users to have your site white-listed. Most email coming from a username "WordPress" are filtered by some hosts, so you may want to change the default wordpress@your-domain-name.com to webmaster@your-domain-name.com, or info@your-domain-name.com, or whatever you know always works for sending emails to users.

Check also At your end all previous emails you’ve received from your WordPress installation. Confirm they have been sent from wordpress@your-domain-name.com. If not, a different address may have been specified somewhere, perhaps in the theme’s code or maybe by another plugin.
