How to add a circled number 1 digit in the html title

Those numbered circles you see in search results next to the title of a website are html characters which have entities either with a decimal (dec) or hexadecimal (hex) reference (UTF-8 Dingbats).

To insert them in your WordPress title you'll need to install an Add Meta Tags plugin.
Go to Admin panel (left side menu) > Pages > Edit => Homepage => Edit.
You should see new text fields added in the edit homepage.
Find the title field which should be at the bottom of the page.
Paste this code ➀ next to your site's title and update the page.

Here is a list of UTF-8 Dingbats, just change the numerical values:
