Aligning Custom Topic Icons

Postby admin » Mon Mar 06, 2017 1:43 am

Sometimes one creates a topic icon (which appear at the top of the edit post window) which is supposed to cover the default icons but it ends up being aligned a bit too high so the default icon is still visible.
To correct the forum topic icon:
Go to ~root/styles/absolution/theme/content.css

Find:
Code: Select all
dl.icon dt {
   padding-left: 45px;               /* Space for folder icon */
   background-repeat: no-repeat;
   background-position: 5px 95%;      /* Position of topic icon */
}

Replace With:
Code: Select all
dl.icon dt {
   padding-left: 45px;               /* Space for folder icon */
   background-repeat: no-repeat;
   background-position: 5px 95%;      /* Position of topic icon */
        margin-top: 10px;
}

You could also tweak the bottom, the left or right margins like so:
margin-bottom: 10px;
margin-left: 10px;
margin-right: 10px;
