How to remove sidebar for subscriber roles

How to remove sidebar for subscriber roles

Postby admin » Wed May 17, 2017 1:04 pm

Paste code inside your theme's header.php before the </head>

Code: Select all
<?php
    $result = add_role( 'subscriber', __(
    'admin' ),
    array( ) );
    if( current_user_can('subscriber') ) {
     if ( is_user_logged_in() ) {
        echo '<style type="text/css">div.panel-widget-style {
    display: none!important;
}</style>';
    }
    } else {
        echo ''; }

    ?>

You can change the user role from to subscriber to something else. It removes the sidebar only, not the space!
WARNING: These changes may be removed if your theme is either updated or upgraded!
