How long is the grace period to renew my website plan?

First of all a clarification; if your website plan came included with a domain name, it means that the domain name is registered to us, not to you.

Second, assuming we hold the rights to the domain name associated with your website plan, the grace period to renew a domain name is the same as the grace period to renew your website and once this period has expired, it may or may not be possible to renew your plan at the regular price.

Third, depending upon the domain name associated with your website plan, a grace period may be as little as 15 days and as long as 27 days. We certainly cannot determine the exact time no more than domain registrars can.

The penalty to renew an expired website plan is between $300 and $350 plus the regular website plan renewal fee. In some cases is cheaper to pay for a new website plan rather than to renew an expired one.

Fourth, a grace period may or may not exonerate you from accruing a late charge. This late charge, however, will be waived if the penalty fee for renewing a website plan that have expired is paid in full.

Therefore, we strongly recommend that you don't wait until the last moment to renew your website plan at AVNW.
